Filter type sand remover

The filter type desander is designed to remove sand or other solid substances contained in the produced fluid at oil and gas wellhead, solve the damage caused by erosion, and protect downstream equipment. This equipment can be used for cleaning wells after hydraulic fracturing, perforation after sand control testing, and sand removal in semi permanent fixed bases of oil production plants.
This device is equipped with sand removal cylinders on both sides of the main passage. When sand removal is required, the main passage gate valve can be closed to clear the sand through one of the sand removal cylinders. Each filter cylinder has a removable filter element inside. When the differential pressure gauge of the filter cartridge displays 10.3 MPa, it is the maximum differential pressure, which is the rupture pressure. When the pressure difference gauge displays<2.5MPa, it is an allowable pressure difference, indicating that the sand removal cylinder is in normal working condition; When the pressure difference gauge is ≥ 2.5MPa, it should stop working; Replace another sand removal cylinder. The process of stopping work can be carried out using a sand removal system for sand removal operations.
When sampling is required, the fluid can be sampled through the lower outlet of the sand removal system.
Replacement: The lifting frame of the desander is equipped with a manual lifting device and an operating platform. When replacing, the filter element can be lifted out by pulling the lifting hoist on the platform. Installation operation.
