Pipeline control system

The throttling manifold control system is used for remote control of the opening and closing of hydraulic throttling valves, and can display the riser pressure, casing pressure, and valve position of the hydraulic throttling valve on the control box to maintain bottomhole pressure. It is a necessary equipment for successfully controlling well surges, blowouts, and implementing oil and gas pressure control technology. Equipped with a pump stroke counting device, it can be paired with a mud pump stroke count for automatic collection.
Remote control of the opening and closing of hydraulic throttle valves;
• Can display gas source pressure, system hydraulic pressure, riser pressure, pre throttling pressure, and post throttling pressure on the console;
• The valve position and opening of the throttle valve can be displayed on the console;
Display the number of pump strokes and cumulative number of mud pumps;
Equipped with a manual pump, manual pressure can be used to open and close the throttle valve when the pneumatic/electric pump cannot be started;
The box material is made of 316 stainless steel, with a protection level of up to IP65;
Compact structure, small footprint, and easy operation.
